4. Interest Rates and Fees
Interest rates, processing fees, late payment charges and other applicable fees will be
clearly disclosed during the application process.
Financiio Solutions reserves the right to update charges as per RBI regulations or
partner banks’ terms.
5. Repayment Terms
Repayment schedules and methods will be provided in the loan/credit agreement.
Delays in repayment may attract penalties and affect your credit score.
6. Data Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and as per
applicable Indian data protection laws.
7. Third-Party Services
Financiio Solutions may collaborate with banks, NBFCs and credit bureaus. You authorize us to
share your information with such third parties for credit evaluation and service provision.
8. Disclaimers
Financiio Solutions makes no guarantees on approval, timelines or interest rates.
All loan/credit decisions are subject to credit verification and risk assessment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Financiio Solutions will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of
the Services.
Financiio Solutions is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to
your negligence.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and any
disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
